Polli Chambers-Salazar at Music at Noon June 24

file-foto-polli-chambers-salazar-2009Polli Chambers-Salazar originated Classics Becomes Eclectic in 1997 and since then has presented classic recitals in unusual formats (like Norton Simon museum—in the museum, not the auditorium—and as a keyboard artist, she is one of the best. This popular professor, currently on the faculties of USC, College of the Canyons, Pasadena Conservatory of Music and Pasadena City College performs a special recital at the Music at Noon program at the Pasadena Presbyterian Church on Colorado Blvd. this Wednesday, June 24. This free series presents the finest artists in Southern California in a relatively informal manner. It was developed several years ago to give workers in the downtown Pasadena area a chance to relax and hear music during their lunch hour. These concerts begin at 12:10 p.m. and are concluded no later than 12:50 p.m. A $6 sandwich is available for purchase after the concert.
