First Ave Middle School Concert June 7

Mike Danielson, Music Director at First Ave. Middle School, will conduct a community concert

The First Ave. Music Club and the music department at First Ave. Middle School in Arcadia are presenting a free community concert at 6:00 p.m. Monday, June 7 on the field at the back of the campus—off Santa Anita Ave.
Among those performing will be the school’s chorus, symphonic band and symphony orchestra in a special program to benefit the Arcadia Child Health Council. Mike Danielson, Music Director at the school will conduct.
During the event a collection will be taken to benefit the Arcadia Child Health Council, a non-profit organization that assists children 18 and younger who need medical attention but have no health insurance. The council partners with area physicians and hospitals to render needed services.
The sponsoring group, the First Ave. Music Club, invites the entire community to attend. They suggest bringing lawn chairs and blankets.
